During my 4 years at IAI as a KG Manager, my wonderful relationship with the children flourished, deepening my love for them. I acquired leadership and effective communication skills learning to handle challenges with patience and dedication. This journey gave me a new perspective on the importance of education in shaping children’s futures, realizing their capacity for learning and growth.
